If I keep my forum offline for 3 months, will it be closed? My forum is offline, but still has activity, posts, but I have created my database for it yet(notepad files on my comp). My forum opens January 5th 2009, and we've already been offline for a month.

Will it be erased due to the TOS? I don't want it to be erased.
