Thank you for taking the time to read these rules. Although we do have quite a few rules, they are easy to follow, and make the community a better place for you, and every one else, so please read and follow them carefully.

Accounts
- You may only have ONE account on this board, unless stated otherwise. If you create a new account, it will be deleted, and your current account will be suspended from 3 days to 3 weeks, depending of the severity.

- The profile section entitled "Your Board" which is located in your profile settings, and on the register page must be filled out with the link to your board, using the default URL. (Board.b1.jcink.com) This is for support and information issues, and MUST be done.

- If your screen name contains URLs/advertisements, swear words/cussing, or bashing of others/other services, you will be suspended for a week, and your screen name will be changed.

Topics/posts
- Please do not spam, keep your posts informative. One word/smiley posts are considered spam in most cases. Also by asking this, we are asking you to keep your posts on topic.
- Flame wars are not acceptable, if you have a point to argue with a member, please use the private message feature.
- Please keep your posts clean from swearing and cussing, failing to do so may end up a suspension, or a ban.
- Please do not post on behalf of a banned user.
- When posting skins and codes, you must have made the code yourself, or have written permission from the creator to use the code. "I just wanted people here to get a chance to use this code" is not acceptable.
- Be polite to other members, were here to help out everyone, no matter how they act on the forums. If you feel someone is acting foolish or inappropriately on the forums, please report a post made by that member so we can check it out for ourselves, then choose the appropriate solution.
- Bumping is allowed in the general forums if your last post is over 3 days old. If you would like to add more information a day later, just edit your post. Bumping in the Support forum is allowed if your last post has been at least 24 hours beforehand, and your topic is on the second page of support topics. If it is on the first page of topics, it will be noticed and answered, meaning there is no need to bump.
- This board can be used by anyone 13 and up, so keep your posts clean of inappropriate content and pictures.

Advertising
- We have a forum for advertising, please keep your links there. If you advertise your board in other areas, such as general chat for example, you will be warned. Repeat offenders will be banned.
-Posting Preview links in code, skin, ect... topics linking to a board in use with out permission is considered advertising and is not allowed. Your link must also use the default link. (name.b1.jcink.com)
- Please don't advertise other resource boards, We worked hard on this board, and feel that competition against our board on our own board is not needed.

Signatures
- Please keep your signatures no bigger then 500 px by 250 px.
- Please keep your signatures under 150 kb in size, just to be fair to people with dial up, after all this forum has a lot of images to load its self.
- Signatures may not contain nudity or other pornographic images.
- You may not post misleading links in your signatures. For example, If the link says google.com, it must lead to google.com, no other site.

Shout Box
- Support questions are not to be posted in the shoutbox. No exceptions.
- The shoutbox is not to be used for spam. This rule is here to prevent people from posting loads of random smilies as some like to do.
- Rules of making posts/topics apply in the shoutbox, no swearing, bashing, bringing up staff issues, etc.
- No advertising in the shoutbox, please use the Board shout out forum.
- Please do not use the shoutbox to get other users to pop on an IM messenger. This will be considered spam as you can send them a PM if you would like to talk to them over IM.

*If a mod asks you to follow the rules in the shoutbox, do not bring up the issue in a forum or in the shoutbox. Either follow the rules, or if you believe the moderator is being unfair, pm him to resolve the issue. This also goes for board related mod issues. If you have a issue to talk to a mod about, please do not post about it in the shoutbox.

NOTE Breaking the shoutbox rules will get you suspended from it.

Staff Policy
*Please note - although the staff members are here to help you, if there is a specific forum for your questions, please do not pm a staff member for support.

- If a staff member is rude or offends you in any way, feel free to report him to an Administrator. If what the staff member said is offensive, or is up to a good standard for what you reported him for, further action may be taken. This could possibly end in a demotion, or a suspension/ban. If you make something up to get a staff member back for any reason, the punishments may be flipped around, if you have a special rank, it may be lost, or you may be suspended/banned.

- In return, if you are rude to our staff, you will also be punished depending on the severity. We work hard to provide what we do, so we will not be taking rude comments from careless members.

We reserve the right to edit the rules at any given time with out notifying the community, although when larger updates are made, the community will by notified.
